골렘형 전설의 포켓몬으로 소위 레지 시리즈 중 하나로 모티브는 골렘 + 얼음. 레지기가스가 창조했다는 전설이 있다. 다른 레지들과 같이 인간들에게 우호적으로 이것저것 도움을 줬지만, 그 힘을 두려워한 인간들이 봉인했다고 한다. 온몸이 초고대의 빙하로 되어있고 영하 200도라고 하며, 마그마조차 못 녹인다고 한다. 이번주는 제지아이스 입니다. 좀 이쁘지는 않아요.
