In addition to the Tiffany Diamond, the necklace also features 16 cushion-cut diamonds and 46 round brilliant diamonds. The necklace was designed by New York's Famous Luxury Jeweler Company 'Tiffany & Company'. According to reports, this is the biggest deal ever designed for a Red Carpet outfit.
