Feeling bloated and uneasy? I had a heavy meal the other night. Erm... I might have even eaten a little bit too much. So today I decided to make something light, fresh, healthy and of course delicious!

Feeling so sickly as I was for the past few days, I curled into the sofa while watching Chopped in the Food Network and there... I fell asleep. I could remember @irmao.dan trying to wake me to go up our
