今早早早起去参加会议，一开始讲的内容很枯燥我都听不下去，然后等到后面讲干货的时候又累又困又饿，也是听不进去，然后有些专家还拖堂了，更是听不下去了，然后和一个老师约了去她家串门吃饭，中午十二点多我就偷偷溜出来了，因为从那里过去还要半小时才到她家，我怕等下去晚了耽误人家吃午饭。然后手机顶着最后一点电电车也是一样，就去她家里了，去到之后就开饭了，她做了牛肉和腊肠还炒了青菜，然后吃饱喝足就在那里待了一下午。

充实而又快乐的一天

今天周五啦，约了同事出来放松，去电影院听了黄家驹的好多歌，还有其他的音乐串烧，一边听一边听歌识曲一边收藏，听了好久好久，一开始因为吃饭吃晚了还买了奶茶，然后没有及时到场，只好坐在第一排，近距离接触歌手，因为五音不全又社恐，一开始都放不开还觉得无比拘谨惶恐不安，后面随着音乐的响起和不断地切换新的曲目，我的心也慢慢放开，能够跟着大家小声地歌唱。

今天又是吃大餐的一天，因为经常去吃一家鸭脚煲火锅店，然后顺利进入他们的粉丝群，进群之后他们每次满一百个人就会发放一起粉丝福利，每次都会有十个名额赠送他们的套餐，抽到红包的就是幸运儿。我每次都是运气绝缘体，即使调好闹钟守着也从来拼不过他们的网速，所以每次我都抢不到套餐名额不能免费吃。

今日份游泳+吃大餐

今天没有太多的活动，休息日，在家里睡了一大觉不用被闹钟吵醒，睡到自然醒，醒来之后煮了四个玉米，中午吃了一个还是饿，不想做饭就点了外卖，最近搞活动，都很优惠，我点了鲜肉粉才六块钱还加了猪肉。 下午的时候也是吃了一个玉米，还是饿，然后到了晚上实在坚持不住了，又打开了外卖软件，点了十块钱的饭，有猪脚烧鸭和叉烧卤蛋等，还有三个素菜，非常划算了。

本来下班约了同事去报到，报名了一个会议，是包饭的，结果去到被告知没有我们的名字，签到没有签上，得知是因为这个会议是需要缴费的，只有内部人员才能扫码报名，然后我就灰溜溜地走了。同事看了看了美团，然后说去吃烤肉，然后我们一拍即合就去了。
