I didn't know people use regular tap water without added salt to rinse their sinuses with neti pot. Neti pots are to be used with saline water. That is the recommended practice in the yogic tradition.

i’ve been having the most wild dreams recently. That combined with the wind, food changes, netti pot usage and just general acknowledgement of changing food up to have the brain running at the right capacity
