بیماری منییِر (La maladie de Menière) یک اختلال گوش داخلی است که باعث سرگیجه، کاهش شنوایی پیش‌رونده، وزوز گوش، و گاه احساس پُری و فشار در گوش می‌شود. در اکثر موارد، بیماری منییر فقط یک گوش را گرفتار می‌کند.
