Driving across LA, I’m always mesmerized by the amazing street art on the sides of buildings and backs of billboards, especially the ones with ties to this great city and urban living.

It’s more than possible, it’s vital for our state and country to recognize the need for healthy, evolving communities that maintain balance between old and new inhabitants, business, and public space.
