The final part of my Appendectomy story.

IS THERE STILL HOPE?  Though there is no hope of gaining the future.  I hope there is no trace of a possibility that I gain what my soul desires.  Though all mouths are saying “IMPOSSIBLE”

You know there are days like that, days when you're out of luck. Whatever you do it seems like it's not working, ( for god sake even at game of luck you can't win even once). So what to do? Are you the
