The Family History community is an offshoot of the Living Legacy Project. The Living Legacy Project is for people who are interested in saving their family history. It's not just about genealogy (although people interested in genealogy might be drawn to this group). It focuses on capturing the STORIES from and about our ancestors and ourselves to pass along to family, friends, and future generations. It is imperative that we capture the wisdom of their older generations before they pass on and the information is lost forever. But it is also important that we tell our children of our adventures and the life lessons we feel they need to hear. This is a safe group for sharing, celebrating, and encouraging...not criticizing.
