Helianthus maximiliani is a relative to the Jerusalem artichocke (Helianthus tuberosus) with beautiful flowers and oil-rich seeds.

This flower look like the sun,so its called sunflower. Oil is available from this.It id very nice to see. It is cultivated in spring and winter. This oil contains vitamins A,D and E.
