I can't shut up about this, literally am getting to the point where I am going to yell at someone who missuses this word for anything else except for the malicious, heinous crime of RAPE. I mean seriously.

Is that slander? The answer is because they really want to cover up. The reality of a person is proven to do all things that are destructive even to blatantly colonize with all silence that is slander.
