I've made a declaration that I want to become a world class handbalancer. However Juan is a stickler for details so we spend some time chatting about what it actually means to be world class at something.

I'm thinking that the standard 'good' things that everyone handbalancer says to do (stretch more and rest more) are actually hurting my training. No wonder I can't do a one arm handstand yet! Taken from
