At the Store, I Saw Something Interesting...

At the grocery store on Friday, I saw something interesting on the shelves: a single serving breakfast "rustic" scramble kit. "Just crack an Egg" it says. I saw it there clearance for $0.99. I couldn't resist, I gotta try this!

What's inside?

Let's see how this turns out.

30 seconds in the Microwave

I let it cook in the microwave for 30 seconds. The instructions say to mix and microwave another 30 seconds. ![image.png](https://images.hive.blog/DQmUkLGaYf5usVZSu1QQ1M9joHiTKZ3bjooVCMd7GLNmhTd/image.png) Now it sort of looks like a "rustic scramble". Review

I would say this was the easiest "scramble" I've ever made! No dicing up potatoes, onions, peppers and mushrooms. No cooking sausage crumbles. Ready to eat in just a few minutes. The taste was pretty good. I did add some salt and pepper to taste. I enjoyed it! Add a little hot sauce and you'd never know this was a "kit".
