I made breakfast after my sister ran late for work and did not prepare any.

I made breakfast after my sister ran late for work and did not prepare any.

So I woke up from sleep not to find anything prepared for breakfast as it usually use to be. I called to enquire and my sister said she was running late for work that's the reason she couldn't fix something.
