#fodderforrest

A near perfect morning for a run which got me my faster time for the year. All my zone 2 training has meant progress has been very slow but if it keeps me injury free and moving forward I will happily

About 35 kilometres south east of Brisbane City centre is Fodder Forrest. I had not heard of this place before I started

I just finished a 5.091km running that lasted about 0hh:24mm:55ss ! My 322nd parkrun today, first in my age group, 10th overall out of 100 runner/ walkers. Official time 24:03. An age grading percentage
