Las *blockchains* -o al menos las que conozco-, tienen la condición de que todo lo que se haga en ellas será imperecedero, imborrable. Si bien se trata de una característica bastante controversial en mi criterio dadas las implicaciones que tienen desde el punto de vista de la privacidad, es cierto que nos hace pensarnos no dos, sino tres o cuatro veces lo que sea que vayamos a publicar en el entorno de las *SoFi*. Es por ello, y porque ha sido *Hive* el ecosistema que me dio la posibilidad de no solo tener mi propio blog que utilizo a modo de divulgación, sino también comunidades que acogieron bien mi contenido, que hoy doy a conocer por esta vía lo siguiente. Aclaro que este será una entrada de blog bastante personal en comparación con las publicaciones que generalmente hago. Como varios de ustedes deben saber, o al menos imaginarse, por las temáticas que suelo abordar relacionadas a la salud mental y el bienestar subjetivo, soy psicólogo practicante del psicoanálisis lacaniano. A pesar de que a lo largo de mi desempeño profesional también he fungido como investigador social, lo cierto es que me decanto más por la clínica; incluso desde que comencé la carrera mi sueño fue cumplir con el cliché del psicólogo clínico. En todo este tiempo me he dedicado a formarme en la disciplina que me gusta y me apasiona, a la vez de que he estado atendiendo pacientes que me llegan a consulta y he estado en contacto con diversos malestares y formas de vivirlos. Todo ello, junto a la posibilidad que ofrecen hoy en día las redes sociales sea cual sea su formato, me ha llevado a cada vez indagar más sobre otras formas de hacer y pensarse la clínica contemporánea. Resulta que uno tiene que afrontar ciertos cambios en la vida aunque impliquen un cambio de paradigma y una ruptura con lo que hasta el momento venía funcionando, pero no es sino así cómo ocurre el desarrollo tanto personal como profesional (es muy difícil separar lo uno de lo otro). Más si se tratan de cambios que están acordes a los tiempos que corren. En lo personal, generalmente me he caracterizado por ser algo conservador en mi toma de decisiones, y siempre trato de procurarme el mayor tiempo para repensar bien lo que sea que vaya a decidir, si bien por la inseguridad que me caracteriza, también porque intento controlar la mayor cantidad de variables posibles que influyan en el resultado final de la decisión. Sin embargo, aunque esta es una práctica que suele verse como precavida, lo cierto es que en la mayoría de las veces se termina por conseguir el resultado contrario al esperado por lo contraproducente que resulta dilatar algo que merece ser tomado en cuenta de manera más práctica y objetiva. Cada uno de nosotros y nosotras tiene sus propios tiempos y procesos, su propio fantasma desde el que mira la realidad y da respuestas a las demandas de su entorno, pero hay veces en las que uno dice «hazlo, a ver qué pasa» y se traiciona a sí mismo para escapar un poco de la monotonía y que las condiciones, si no están creadas en el momento, se vayan creando sobre la marcha. De todas formas, el fin último de una decisión no es alcanzar al resultado que se aspira, sino crear las condiciones adecuadas para tomar otras decisiones posteriores. Es así que, sin más rodeos, lo que quiero compartir con ustedes es que desde hoy estaré abierto a recibir pacientes de manera online, bajo la modalidad de la teleterapia. Mi objetivo es poder dar lugar a ese malestar foráneo utilizando la pantalla como medio y como fuente epistémica. Sin embargo, aspiro a comenzar humildemente con no tantos pacientes, y poco a poco ir abriendo mi agenda de forma tal que sea un proceso de aprendizaje, ya que las condiciones materiales del contexto socioeconómico en el que vivo no son las ideales debido a las carencias e infraestructuras precarias para las telecomunicaciones. Pretendo trabajar con casos relacionados al estrés, angustia, ansiedad y duelos, en personas jóvenes o adultas hispanohablantes, y el costo de cada sesión pienso fijarlo por lo pronto en los 20 USD como referencia. La forma para acceder a las citas será la siguiente: mediante mi *[Linktree](https://linktr.ee/gerardoguevarapsi)* en donde habrá un botón para las reservas que remitirá a los aspirantes, a una pantalla de la plataforma *Setmore* en donde se podrá ver un resumen de mi trayectoria y desempeño profesional, la política de reservas que consiste en la forma de pago anticipada, y el servicio que en este caso sería la sesión de psicoanálisis online. En el mismo lugar también podrán contar con acceso a mis publicaciones científicas y trayectoria profesional mediante mi [ORCID](https://orcid.org/0000-0002-7527-3543), a mi blog aquí en *[Hive](https://peakd.com/@genrigp)*, y a mis datos de contacto en redes. Es necesario saber que las sitas podrán reservarse con dos días de antelación como mínimo, y que para cancelar debe ser igualmente con dos días de antelación. After all, the ultimate goal of a decision is not to reach the desired outcome, but to create the right conditions to make further decisions later. Thus, without further ado, what I want to share with you is that from today I will be open to receiving patients online, under the modality of teletherapy. My goal is to address that external discomfort using the screen as a medium and as an epistemic source. However, I aspire to start modestly with not too many patients and gradually open my schedule in such a way that it becomes a learning process since the material conditions of the socio-economic context I live in are not ideal due to the shortcomings and precarious telecommunications infrastructure.
