¡Hola, qué tal, amigos! Espero que se encuentren muy bien en este día. Les traigo una rutina precompetitiva diseñada para motivarlos e impulsar su crecimiento en el street workout y la calistenia. Mi objetivo es que, al igual que yo, ustedes puedan alcanzar un progreso significativo en esta disciplina, demostrándose a sí mismos que también pueden lograrlo. Así que, sin más preámbulo, acá les dejo los siguientes ejercicios.

Esta rutina está pensada para mejorar el dominio de los movimientos claves, como lo es el Press planche, y así mismo aumentar el control en las positivas de las flexiones de la full planche, por lo que este entrenamiento que realicé fue completamente libre, enfocado en la técnica y la fuerza, utilizando unas 10 series en total con un control por repetición de 3-5 y esto para maximizar mi rendimiento. Cada ejercicio tiene un enfoque distinto, donde en uno me centré en la precisión del ejercicio y en otros en el control del mismo, buscando perfeccionar la ejecución y ganar mayor dominio corporal.

Hello, friends! I hope you're all doing well today. I'm bringing you a pre-competition routine designed to motivate you and boost your growth in street workouts and calisthenics. My goal is that, like me, you can make significant progress in this discipline, proving to yourselves that you can do it too. So, without further ado, here are the following exercises.

This routine is designed to improve mastery of key movements, such as the planche press, and also increase control in the positives of push-ups in the full planche. Therefore, this workout I did was completely free, focusing on technique and strength, using about 10 sets in total with a repetition control of 3-5 to maximize my performance. Each exercise has a different focus, where in one I focused on the precision of the exercise and in others on control, seeking to perfect the execution and gain greater body control.
