Not infrequently, my dreams involve city life. But they’re never in a city from my waking life, either one I’ve been to or seen images of. And they’re always very detailed, on the scale of a street scene

In my dream, there was a man who asked if I was dead. I told him no, I was just dreaming. He said we don’t get many of you here, most are dead, but the dreaming ones hardly ever remember when they wake.
