Todas las familias son distintas. La mía es tremendamente imperfecta y es que desde la familia comienza todo, palabras únicas y grandes aprendizajes
Pensaba que lo sabía todo hasta que decidí arriesgarme y trabajar la humildad desde el NO SE NADA y fluir.
El aprendizaje es dulce y amargo, pero nos necesitamos para crecer tal cual somos complementos divinos llenos de evolución
Y entonces,… Nos conocimos Juan y Janitze *(yo)* y así comenzó todo.
A las puertas del cielo se entra en PAREJA por el contenido y la transformación y es que este tema del mes me parece una excelente oportunidad para hablar de ese principal gran amor.

Este tema es apasionante, pues, es la base de toda relación y como somos seres sociales, el tema “Interrelaciones “es muy importante para tener un buen desempeño en todas las áreas de la vida.
Insisto en que es fundamental afianzar y fortalecer tu autoestima, para ser feliz en pareja siempre, aquí les dejo unas recomendaciones que me han funcionado en 43 años de convivencia con mi pareja:

✴*Nos hemos esforzado por conocernos bien, identificando nuestras virtudes y debilidades, así somos empáticos.*
✴*Dejamos de criticarnos de manera no compasiva, solo corregimos lo que está a nuestro alcance, sin caer en la perfección, y ser felices. Eso ayuda mucho.*
✴*Aceptamos nuestros errores y los tomamos como una oportunidad de aprendizaje.*
✴*No me comparo con él, ni él conmigo, cada uno tiene su ritmo y su tiempo, no somos ovejas que tenemos que caminar todo el mismo camino.*
✴*Hemos aprendido a disfrutar de los logros en común, y siempre nos felicitamos por alcanzarlos para nuestro bienestar.*
✴*Reconocemos nuestras virtudes, capacidades y talentos para enfocar nuestra energía positiva con base en ellas.*
✴*Somos paciente, y compasivos, en lo posible, NO nos señalamos, ni juzgamos sin antes comunicarnos, y escucharnos de manera activa.*
✴*Dejamos de necesitar la aprobación de los otros, los "OPINOLOGOS" quienes son expertos en opinar y emitir juicios apriori; abundan en nuestro entorno (familia y amigos), para evitar que lastimen, enloden nuestra relación, nuestra dignidad no se negocia.*

✴*El amor, el respeto, la honestidad, la lealtadson claves y siempre están presentes.*
✴*El tiempo en pareja es una creación humana, asi que soy proactiva y utilizo el tiempo a mi favor y con claridada en las prioridades para convivir en pareja*
Todas estas estrategias *(Recomendaciones)* se dicen fácil, pero en su mayoría son difíciles de lograr. La relación en pareja se construye, se edifica un día a la vez.
Estas recomendaciones NO aplican cuando hay violencia,y abusos presentes…”No necesitas estar con alguien para ser feliz, la Paz está dentro de ti, y no se negocia” ni busques una relación o te quedes dentro de una tóxica por miedo a estar “sola, solo“…. ¡JAMÁS!... pide ayuda.
Y si hoy no tienes pareja, decide *“salirte de esa comedia romántica“* y celebra igual cada día, mímate, come chocolate, escucha la música que te gusta, ponte tu ropa favorita, sírvete tu copa de vino y aprende a disfrutar de estar contigo mismo en silencio y “soledad“eso te permitirá conocerte mejor.
Los finales felices no terminan en un beso o cuando te pones un vestido blanco, la felicidad plena está en aceptarte, en vivir el hoy con tu pareja.
Se trata de querernos, valorarnos, dedicarnos tiempo, darnos prioridad, porque si vale la pena, nos elegimos siempre, somos esenciales, e importantes el uno para el otro, además de valientes cuando entramos en contradicción.
Cuando hemos estado en contradicción por diferencias, somos valientes para enfrentarlos juntos y si necesitamos ayuda la buscamos en manos de profesionales.

A mi pareja, mi amado Juan, gracias por estar, por ser mi amigo, mi cómplice, mi apoyo, la persona que más me hace reír y con la que me siento más segura, ya son 43 años caminando de la mano, en las buenas y en las malas, aprendiendo el uno del otro, y aunque no eres perfecto, eres mi alma gemela, por eso si me dieran a elegir una vez más te elegiría sin pensarlo, es que no hay nada que pensar ... No lo dudaría ni un segundo, simplemente te AMO mi esposo.
Después de conocernos se asomaron nuestras hijas, ahora somos 4 son MI FAMILIA, cuando me explicaron a los 15 años lo que es tener hijos, esta comedia no se parece a ningún libro y menos al cuento de la abuela.
Las hijas crecieron, son adultas, profesionales desde pequeñas, cada día me enseñaban a trabajar la paciencia, el perdón y tratar de transmitir más fuerzas de las que creía tener.
Mi mayor desafío, mi relación con *LA PAREJA* la tolerancia, tratar de reír siempre con mi pareja, la feminidad, no perder la coquetería, observar la personalidad, nuestra sexualidad es activa y maravillosa, mantener mis decisiones y siempre jugar con el ego y elegir con mi poder creer que soy yo 💜

All families are different. Mine is tremendously imperfect and it is from the family that everything begins, unique words and great learnings.
I thought I knew it all until I decided to take a risk and work humility from the I KNOW NOTHING and flow.
Learning is sweet and bitter, but we need each other to grow as we are divine complements full of evolution.
And then,... We met Juan and Janitze *(me)* and that's how it all began.
The gates of heaven are entered as a COUPLE by content and transformation and this theme of the month seems to me an excellent opportunity to talk about this main great love.

This theme is exciting, because it is the basis of every relationship and as we are social beings, the theme "Interrelationships" is very important to have a good performance in all areas of life.
I insist that it is essential to strengthen and reinforce your self-esteem, to be happy as a couple always, here are some recommendations that have worked for me in 43 years of living together with my partner.

✴*We have made an effort to know each other well, identifying our virtues and weaknesses, so we are empathetic.*
✴*We stopped criticizing each other in an unsympathetic way, we only correct what is within our reach, without falling into perfection, and be happy. That helps a lot.*
✴*We accept our mistakes and take them as a learning opportunity.*
✴*I do not compare myself with him, nor he with me, each one has his rhythm and his time, we are not sheep that have to walk all the same path.*
✴*We have learned to enjoy achievements together, and we always congratulate each other for reaching them for our well-being.*
✴*We recognize our virtues, capabilities and talents to focus our positive energy based on them.*
✴*We are patient, and compassionate, as much as possible, we do NOT point fingers, nor judge without first communicating, and actively listening to each other.*
✴*We stop needing the approval of others, the "OPINOLOGISTS" who are experts in giving opinions and issuing apriori judgments; they abound in our environment (family and friends), to avoid hurting, muddying our relationship, our dignity is not negotiable.*

✴*Love, respect, honesty, loyalty are always present.*
✴*Time as a couple is a human creation, so I am proactive and use time to my advantage and with clear priorities for living together as a couple.*
All these strategies *(Recommendations)* are said to be easy, but most of them are difficult to achieve. The relationship as a couple is built, it is built one day at a time.
These recommendations do NOT apply when there is violence and abuse present... "You do not need to be with someone to be happy, Peace is within you, it is not negotiable" or look for a relationship or stay in a toxic one for fear of being "alone"... NEVER!... ask for help.
And if today you don't have a partner, decide to *"get out of that romantic comedy"* and celebrate every day, look after yourself, eat chocolate, listen to the music you like, put on your favorite clothes, pour yourself a glass of wine and learn to enjoy being with yourself in silence and "solitude" that will allow you to know yourself better.
Happy endings do not end with a kiss or when you put on a white dress, full happiness is in accepting yourself, in living today with your partner.
It is about loving each other, valuing each other, dedicating time to each other, giving each other priority, because if it is worth it, we always choose each other, we are essential, and important for each other, besides being brave when we enter into contradiction.
When we have been in contradiction due to differences, we are brave to face them together and if we need help we seek it in the hands of professionals.

To my partner, my beloved Juan, thank you for being, for being my friend, my accomplice, my support, the person who makes me laugh the most and with whom I feel more secure, it's been 43 years walking hand in hand, through thick and thin, learning from each other, and although you are not perfect, you are my soul mate, so if I were given the choice once again I would choose you without thinking, there is nothing to think ... I wouldn't hesitate for a second, I simply LOVE you my husband.
After we met our daughters showed up, now we are 4 they are MY FAMILY, when they explained to me at 15 years old what it is to have children, this comedy does not resemble any book and less to the grandmother's story. The daughters grew up, they are adults, professionals since they were little, every day they taught me to work patience, forgiveness and try to transmit more strength than I thought I had.
My biggest challenge,my relationship with *PARTNERSHIP* tolerance, try to always laugh with my partner, femininity, not to lose flirtation, observe personality, our sexuality is active and wonderful, keep my decisions and always play with ego and choose with my power to believe that I am me 💜.
