Just when I thought a lot of hilly areas are banking on their coffee plantation, there’s one area, a few kms of Kelud mountain which keeps its coffee plantain wild and hasn’t reached its fullest potential.

Hard at work, picking only the ripest red coffee cherries for that perfect brew. For the fifth day of my trip to Brazil we have visited a cooperative called Minasul which brings together 7000 member farmers
