It's CardioFriday everyone!!!! Today's run was epic. I don't know what made it different from the others but it was not like any other day. I also noticed i made some progress from 2,805 steps to 3029.

Today, I used the Actifit app for the first time. I'm still finding my way around, but this was a productive morning. The beginning of a new dawn and i find that i would challenge myself alot in this app.
