VERSIÓN EN INGLÉS

The days are getting hotter and hotter around here, I leave my house literally out of obligation and on the way I feel like a woman on fire, my head was about to explode, I had to find a very practical and quick way to get better.

Taking advantage of the fact that my blender is back to work, I said to myself let's make a cold coffee-based drink, I looked in my cupboard and found some fundamental ingredients for the recipe, my instant coffee, caramel, vanilla, milk, ice and chocolate syrup.

The only thing missing was the desire to get together and those are always present, so I took my glass from the blender and I began to chop ice into small pieces and place them in the glass that I was going to use to taste, I used the same amount of fresh and creamy milk.

Then I added 3 small spoonfuls of soluble coffee, this amount can vary in my case I wanted the coffee flavor to stand out in my mixture, I also added 3 spoonfuls of arequipe, this will provide the creaminess and special sweetness.

I like the smell and taste of vanilla and also about 3 spoons of sugar, at this point I decided to add again an additional glass of ice and another of milk to increase the amount of the mixture, I had not prepared it and my mouth was already watering, so a single glass was not going to calm my craving.

I let the blender fulfill its main function which is to unify the ingredients and let the aroma of coffee invade every corner of my house, once ready I served it in the glasses, which I had previously added chocolate syrup.

When the first sip of the frappuccino came in contact with my palate I could conclude that this was definitely the drink I needed to reduce my heat and relieve my headache, it had a perfect dose of its ingredients and at the end of each glass the coffee, the sweetness of the caramel and the chocolate syrup stood out.

I couldn't wait to prepare the whipped cream and just savored the chunks of ice combined with the coffee and other ingredients, so I looked for a cookie from my children's snack and between sips I was more than satisfied with my caramel frappuccino.

REFRESCANTE FRAPPUCCINO DE CARAMELO

Los días cada vez están más calientes por aquí, salgo de mi casa literalmente por obligación y en el camino siento que soy una mujer en llamas, mi cabeza estaba a punto de explotar, debía buscar una manera muy práctica y rápida de mejorar.

Aprovechando que ya mi licuadora está de vuelta al funcionamiento, me dije vamos hacer una bebida fría a base de café, busque en mi lacena y encontré unos ingredientes fundamentales para la receta, mi café soluble, arequipe o caramelo, vainilla, leche, hielo y sirope de chocolate.

Solo faltaba que se juntaran las ganas y esas siempre están presentes, por lo que tome mi vaso de la licuadora y me dispuse a picar hielo en trozos pequeños y colocarlos en el vaso que iba a usar para degustar, esta misma cantidad la use de leche fresca y cremosa.

Luego le agregue 3 cucharadas pequeñas de café soluble, esta cantidad puede variar en mi caso quería que el sabor del café resaltara en mi mezcla, no puede faltar 3 cucharas de arequipe, este le proporcionara la cremosidad y dulzor especial.

Me gusta el olor y sabor de la vainilla y también unas 3 cucharas de azúcar, en este punto decidí agregar nuevamente un vaso adicional de hielo y otro de leche para aumentar la cantidad de la mezcla, no la había preparado y ya se me estaba haciendo agua la boca, por lo que un solo vaso no iba a calmar mi antojo.

Deje que la licuadora cumpliera su función principal que es unificar los ingredientes y dejar que el aroma del café invada cada rincón de mi casa, una vez listo lo serví en los vasos, que previamente le había agregado sirope de chocolate.

Al entrar en contacto el primer sorbo del frappuccino con mi paladar pude concluir que definitivamente esta era la bebida que necesitaba para disminuir mi calor y aliviar mi dolor de cabeza, tenía una dosis perfecta de sus ingredientes y al final de cada vaso resalto el café, el dulzor del caramelo y el sirope de chocolate.

No pude esperar para preparar la crema chantillí y solo me dispuse a saborear los trozos de hielo combinados con el café y demás ingredientes, por lo que busque una galleta de la merienda de mis hijos y entre sorbo y sorbo quede más que satisfecha de mi frappuccino de caramelo.
