I purchased Reddcoin via Bluetrade. But I forgot to confirm email adress. Now I am not able to open my account. I sent an email to them. But there is now reply from Bluetrade. I need your advices.

I have a transfer that has been pending from the exchange to my wallet for over 24 hours. The support ticket area asks you to log in with your email and password. It will not accept my email and password.
