I'd like to say that I took this picture at the end of a long hike. But it was only halfway, because it was an "out and back" trek. This picture is from the Window Trail at Big Bend National

It was interesting to consider that on the US side of this river, there was an entire section devoted to Big Bend National Park, flush with tourists. No such symmetry on the Mexican side of this river.
