After taking a three week break of sorts from yoga(family emergency), I successfully picked up my yoga routine. Almost three weeks back on. I've been working out too so thank goodness for the aminos.

It's been 3 weeks since starting this combo of Diatomacious Earth, Bentonite Clay(edible), Psyllium Husks, Enzymes and Ionic Fulvic Acid. I feel younger in fact rejuvenated or rather that spark or light

It is a good thing this projector with that big red spot is used primarily for yoga anymore. 11 out 13 days isn't that bad! I guess I'm back on my #betterbellyyoga routine! #yoga #dvd #vintage #health

The bulb maybe burned out pretty bad on this LED projector but it still works great for Better Belly Yoga! I'm going to do yoga 2x a day for Five straight days after this lil sesh. So why not post this
