今天跟孩子们聊了一个很有意思的现象，叫做行为惯性。 很多同学都有这种感觉：一旦认真学进去了，就能一直学下去；可一旦偷懒不想动，就越歇越懒，越懒越不想动。 这个道理，就跟推小车一样。 刚开始推的时候特别费劲，可一旦推起来了，就轻松多了😂； 但要是停下来，再想重新启动，又得费好大劲儿啦。 为什么会这样呢？ 第一，做任何事，开头都要先克服心里的不想做和不愿意。可一旦开始了，后面就顺了，没那么费劲。
