While engaging in some bird watching, we spotted a little bank vole that lives in the stone wall. Bank voles are pretty quick, so you have to put bird seed or nuts down to persuade them to stay still.

Nature is full of surprises, both big and small. Sometimes, it's the teeny weeny creatures that get your attention like this little bank vole that has been living in a stone wall.
