누가 물었다. 그래서 생각이 났다. 오래된 이야기다. 내가 생각하는 최악의 상사. "당하기만 하는 상사" 아닐까 싶다. 오랫동안 모셨던 상사가 있었다. 그 분은 굉장히 "자존감"이 약했다. 뭔가 말하고 와야 하는 자리에서 항상 당하고 왔다. 문제는 그게 개인의 문제로 끝나지 않았다는 것이다. 고스란히 조직의 부담으로 떨어졌다.
