Most times I tends to forget to post my activity count about my day and now this one is not left out, I got to do my long walk exercise to work this morning and after that, I did some of my daily routine

Well I am surprised that I did reach 10K today. It was just a horrible day at work. Got my ass kick by my boss and I probably deserved it! We went also to the cinema with the kids and their girlfriends.
