Android TV thing X96 mate+ is a pain in the neck. So, what to do on a sunday evening? Before even trying to root it, install Termux, using F-Droid. As the build in Google Play is, well, how to state this

With the mini keyboard, trackingpad, using the X96 Mate+ becomes more of a joy already.

Fortunately I was able to install F-Droid on the X96 Mate+ using an external HDD. Now it starts to get interesting. Telegram works, easy to share files now. It aint half bad after all.
