𝑯𝒆𝒍𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑶𝒖𝒕 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑻𝒆𝒂𝒎 - What this means to me @thecryptopaper, is putting in the effort to blog daily, upvote posts more regularly, resteem posts, and leave comments, both constructive and encouraging or to put forward thoughts and ideas to my followers and the Steemian community by ways of comparison or opinion posts or content in which you ask for . Whether that is through the main content that is created by myself which is all things *cryptocurrency* or through content you wish to see or the resteeming of your content and other Steemians! 2. 𝑨𝒅𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑽𝒂𝒍𝒖𝒆 - Stated in the last [blog](https://steemit.com/introduceyourself/@thecryptopaper/my-first-week-on-steemit), *"In short to wrap it up I just want to add value and be a productive member and hopefully be a witness one day!"* in order to achieve this goal, and be productive, as of this post @thecryptopaper will no longer be 'Upvoting' own posts and will in fact be 'Powering Up 100%'!! 3. 𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒏𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒚𝒐𝒖 𝒂𝒔 𝒂 𝒇𝒐𝒍𝒍𝒐𝒘𝒆𝒓 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒆𝒎𝒊𝒂𝒏 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒎𝒖𝒏𝒊𝒕𝒚 - By having more Steem Power this allows me @cryptopaper to allocate more monies to your posts, in hindsight helping you earn more and encouraging you to post more and so on and so forth to other Steemians. By encouraging this behaviour of * Teamwork* it makes myself feel good about, as I am a caring natured person but also helps people financially and helps them with their goals and passive incomes! This also means that **YOU** must or can hold the accountability hammer and bring it down anytime you believe this is not being met! 4. 𝑯𝒆𝒍𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑻𝒉𝒆 𝑺𝑻𝑬𝑬𝑴 𝑷𝒍𝒂𝒕𝒇𝒐𝒓𝒎 - All this in turn will help the *STEEM platform* by helping the team by doing my part as a content creator and a believer in the *blockchain*! I care for the technology and I care for the future but also because @Steemit is an unbelievable **community**!!!
