While the epidemic seems to be serious in the country, the government starts to require a health declaration to all the Vietnamese citizens from the 10th of March.

Vice President asked the Ministry of Information and Communications, Ministry of Health, Vietnam Social Insurance, network operators, and information technology units immediately complete plans and technological tools to start declaring health to all the Vietnamese citizens. All the preparations must be completed before the 10th of March so that the activity can start on the 10th.

Until the morning of March 9th, there are 30 cases reported in Vietnam with positive results to Covid-19 in 8 areas. They are Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hue, Ninh Binh, Hai Phong, Khanh Hoa, and Lao Cai. Additionally, the passengers on the flight VN0054, which the 17th case of Vietnam was on, have not been recalled completely for the health check.
