A deadly coronavirus vaccine invented by Oxford University-AstraZeneca in the UK and developed by the Serum Institute of India has been found to have a deadly side effect! My colleagues, young friends and younger siblings told me today about a very recent but serious side effect of the coronavirus vaccine as I work with pharmacovigilance. The matter has already spread on Facebook. Shortly after the first vaccination in the country on January 26, 2021, our sister Runu Veronica Costa was heard shouting 'Joy Bangla'. It was so contagious that the immediate echo of 'Joy Bangla' was heard on the faces of many of the dignitaries and officials present. Even the Hon'ble Prime Minister, who was present at the inauguration of the event, uttered 'Joy Bangla'. None of the measures taken to protect him have saved the Prime Minister from this infection.
Now we can guess why our country's religious militants, fundamentalists or groups trying to change our nationalism have been opposing this vaccine for so long. They may have been aware of this reaction in some way before, so they were engaged in various propaganda against it as a strategy.
