Yep. That's one way to come out on top. Release the big and drop the world. Spread the vaccine because they already have it in production.
Lock down provinces. The ones in rebellion? Just don't give the vaccine to them. They get wiped out and you just repopulate it.
Sorry Hong Hong looks like they mailed it over. Same with the Philippines I'm going to guess Taiwan and the USA.
