Impact of Pandemic

WFH

Since its founding in 2001, the WFH business model has grown rapidly and is becoming, on a global scale, a common solution to the challenges faced by an increasing number of companies. Pandemic forced it on us and it has proven to be more productive.

The company is having to rethink how employees work because regulators are requiring companies to prove that they have plans in place to deal with a pandemic or natural disaster. While making these plans, employers found that they also generate business value.

We used to think that every 3 months, we would get lucky and either a snow day or a national holiday would be on the same day. Now, the situation has completely changed. Some people are managing their personal life better and others struggling to find the balance between personal and work life as for many there is no boundary of time during the day when the work starts and when it ends.

Overall, this pandemic has had a huge impact on the way we work and the way we live. I am not sure when this is all completely over we shall get back to what we were used to doing pre-pandemic or whether these trends shall continue.
