Copra is the meat (kernel) of the coconut. A matured coconut can be a copra, be sold into manufacturers where they extract the oils, and the remaining fiber as additives to animal feeds.
This image was taken in my Auntie's drying area, they have been in copra business for so many years now, and they earn a good income from this.
