The Conditions And Obligations Of A Contract

The majority of the users on LinkedIn will be overtly aware of a contract, and of its obligations, legal or not; once you’ve made your mark upon the contract as agreeing to its conditions and obligations, it very hard, to all of a sudden, change your mind.

Many “contract’s” if you can call them that, are written in “jargoneese”; This is done deliberately to confuse and hide the truth of the consequences of NOT reading the small print. Some say they read every line, including the small print; but did they really understand, or do they kiss their ass good bye?

To ascertain the reader’s ability, to understand, and comprehend a much-used phrase, try this classic one liner:

Clause 7, (of) section 9, article 8, (of) point 3, referenced note 1.

“The originators of the contract, is not necessary the bearer of the conditions of the contract (or) its obligations towards the obliged contracted party; who makes use of the originator’s right to express the function of the bearer or the proposed bearer for the use of the document contents’ of the obligations to be forwarded as a special purpose vehicle of a private power of attorney of a foreign jurisdiction in favor of the contracted parties of the originators”.

If you were to sign ANYTHING with that line in the small print you might as well kiss your ass good bye; And that was written by a Professional Legal person, or should I say Con-Artist.

So, what are the implications?

The originator’s (Plural) more than one, and not-in attendance at the signing, thus not liable for any falsified condition coming from the miss-use of any clause in a contract, but hold the right to use any and all conditions in favor of themselves, as, and when they see fit. (Do as I say and kiss your ass good bye)!

The bearer is not the originator; Only the messenger of the originator, and is not liable for any falsified condition coming from the miss-use of any clause in a contract, but holds the right for and on behalf of the originators to enforce all and any embedded obligation, and to use any and all conditions in favor of bearer as and when they see fit. (Pay up or kiss your ass good bye)!

The contracted party (YOU), You are liable to any and all conditions expressed for and on behalf of BOTH the bearer and the originator’s as written under the transfer of YOUR WILL by the means of a special purpose vehicle of a private power of attorney of a foreign jurisdiction. That makes the document UN-surmountable in any court of law, (You signed it you accept the consequences of your actions). (Kiss your ass good bye)!

The right to express the function: As, the function was NOT written or pre-defined, the bearer, or the originator may define ANY implied function at will. (I’ve changed my mind and you’ll now do this, if you don’t, you can kiss your ass god bye)!

The bearer or the proposed bearer: This can be the person who is issuing the contract or not, and or any other person who the originator decides as a valid bearer ,who can, at will, apply any function at will. (It was not me; It was him and or her or them and they now say pay up and kiss your ass good bye)!

A special purpose vehicle empowers the holder of the contract obligations to transfer the rights of the contracted party to any other document via private power of attorney that you signed! (We can go bust, and we can sell your contract to any another party who now has the right to make you pay up, and then make you kiss your ass good bye)!

A foreign jurisdiction in favor of forces the content outside of the jurisdiction of any COURT, thus the out-come will be that you have to kiss your ass good bye.

The moral is: The next time you are offered a contract, please make sure that every word of every line; And, that it is made blatantly clear to you, and any and all consequences of being a signatory and its universal liability that is implied towards you. If you don’t then you can kiss your ass good bye.

Love and kisses (A friend to humanity).
