Hello there. I am from taiwan and i think below could really apply to the countries with similar situation.
- Taiwan has a relative lower income
- Even generate population in Taiwan do not speak much english, deep inside their heart, they would really like to improve their english skill.
Therefore, if I have a summer again, i would set up a forum in different areas within Taiwan and guide them to use Steemit as a way to earn extra income aw well as a place where you could use english little by little.
I think similar could really be done in other countries and it is easy to do.
