When I think photography, steemit also comes to mind, So I determined to post this contest as soon as I saw it.
As the deadline closes in, (October 31 2018), many entries are still being welcomed forthe eight edition of the Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award (HIPA)
THEME
The theme for this edition is 'hope' , there are three other categories which include Storytelling (portfolio) , Aerial Photographs and a general category.
GUIDELINES
A participant can only submit one entry per category, Photographs should be high quality 300dpi or more with one side greater or equal to 2000px, files should be in JPEG format and NOT less than 5mb.
Photographs that have already been used commercially or have already won other contest would not be accepted.
ELIGIBILITY AND PRIZE
The contest is open to anyone around the world that is 18years and older.
The total prize pool for thos contest is a whooping $450,000.
Ech category would have five winners, there would also be an overall Grand prize of $120,000 and three other special award prizes.
