Before...

climbing up and down 960 steps carrying 10 kilos of weights (up 960 and down 960 = 1,920 stairs in total)

Yup, it took 35 minutes and 56 seconds)

After...

climbing up and down 960 steps carrying 10 kilos of weights (up 960 and down 960 = 1,920 stairs in total)

But still soft in the middle!

Oh! maybe that's what that red and black thingee is for, LoL!
