Saludos queridos amigos de Holo&Lotus, me encanta esta iniciativa propuesta por la amiga @miriannalis, [Buen Humor y Bienestar]( https://hive.blog/hive-131951/@miriannalis/buen-humor-y-bienestar-una). A penas leí la publicación, no pude resistirme a realizar mi post y participar en este tema que me trajo muchos recuerdos y anécdotas muy divertidas.

En mis tiempos de infancia, adolescencia y post adolescencia, yo era más malhumorada que otra cosa. Mi ceño fruncido y mi cara muy seria me trajo muchos problemas, la gente me preguntaba todo el tiempo si estaba molesta, y si no preguntaban, lo pensaban. Ya saben que la expresión corporal dice más que mil palabras. En las fotos podía apreciar mi rostro acartonado, de verdad me veía muy molesta, jajaja, ahora mientras escribo esto, me río sola frente a la pantalla de mi laptop.

Era difícil relajar mi rostro, no obstante, eso no quiere decir que no me reía ni disfrutaba de los chistes o las películas de comedia. Sí, me molestaba con facilidad, pero con el tiempo, afortunadamente esto fue cambiando. Mi vida era una tragedia, todo me lo tomaba a pecho, luego, en la residencia donde viví por algunos años durante mi carrera universitaria conocí a una chica que se reía de todo, de todo hacía un chiste. Era imposible no reír con ella, al punto que en una ocasión llegué hasta orinarme de la risa. Me gustaba esa forma de ser de ella y el mundo como se veía más bonito a pesar de todo.

En mis tiempos de juventud, no todo fue tragedia, porque detrás de los malos momentos había una anécdota que contar. Después de la tormenta solía “echar el cuento” muerta de risa, después del mal rato que más queda, reírnos. Afortunadamente, hace tiempo comenzó un cambio en mí, ya no era “tan malhumorada”, mi cara comenzó a relajarse y me inclinaba por ver películas de comedia que me hacían reír mucho, aunque también soy amiga de otros géneros, como la aventura, el drama y el terror.

¿Cómo estoy con el buen humor en mi vida?. Actualmente estoy bien, mi rostro se ha transformado, el buen humor y reírme se me da naturalmente, la risa y yo somos las mejores amigas. Hay veces que hago chistes, hago reír a la gente, pero estoy pendiente de no hacerlo fuera de contexto al punto que se vea fuera de lugar, resulte molesto y hasta me haga parecer como tonta, todo tiene su lugar y momento. También disfruto de aquellos que tienen el don de hacernos reír, nada mejor que la risa, de verdad que sí.

No me resulta para nada molesto expresarme desde el buen humor, es más, me encanta, a veces mis amigos me decían “si eres payasa”. Me gusta rodearme de personas con buen humor, que me hacen reír y que sean optimistas. Yo me considero una persona optimista, le huyo a las personas tóxicas y quejumbrosas, siento que me roban la energía y la buena vibra. Soy más amiga del humor blanco que del negro, de éste último me gusta que no sea tan picante que caiga en lo vulgar, ese no lo disfruto.

Estar de buen tiene muchos beneficios, creo que en el, radica la juventud, la salud mental, física y espiritual. Nuestro sistema inmunológico se hace más fuerte, se deprime menos y estamos menos susceptibles a contraer enfermedades. Personas con patologías como el cáncer han logrado impresionar a los médicos, sus mejoras en la salud son debidas a un mejor estado de ánimo. ¿Qué esperas?. A reírse, es gratis, tendrás mejor salud y te verás más jovial. Si me preguntan con qué frecuencia me río, pierdo la cuenta, todos los días me río, por alguna razón, charlando con personas, viendo programas de TV, escuchando las bromas de otros y hasta de mi misma. Nada de mejor que reírse de uno mismo, incluso, hago bromas sobre mi misma o de cosas que hago, en esos instantes me digo “yo y mis locuras” .

En estos días recordé que en un momento difícil de mi vida, estaba yo muy triste y justo me tocó una guardia de trabajo el fin de semana. Tanto el chofer como el personal obrero hacían bromas sin parar, tantas, que me sacaron varias sonrisas. Ellos no sabían que yo estaba triste, solo que ese buen humor formaba parte de la personalidad de algunos de ellos, decir y hacer bromas, la verdad es que aunque no lo supieran se los agradecí mucho. También recordé que si mi estado de ánimo hubiera sido otro, habría disfrutado aún más el momento.

# Mis anécdotas llenas de risas

Como anécdota, tengo muchas, en particular tengo dos que no olvido y que compartiré con todos ustedes, aún me río como si fuera ayer con solo recordarlas. Hace un montón de años, no sé, tendría yo unos 12 años, mis padres habían salido y esa tarde me quedé sola en casa con mi hermano de 7 años para ese entonces. Pasó un heladero, lo llamamos, mientras mi hermano se quedó con él, yo buscaba el dinero, no lo encontraba por ningún lado porque no sabía donde mis padres lo había guardado. De verdad me tardé bastante, tal vez unos 10 minutos, yo buscaba el dinero al tiempo que gritaba de vez en cuando “ahí voy” para que el heladero no se fuera. Cuando bajé al fin para dárselo, el heladero me dijo muy molesto, “yo me voy”, y yo le decía “pero aquí tengo el dinero” y el señor decía, “ustedes me hicieron perder el tiempo, me voy”.

De verdad, nosotros queríamos comer helado, pues hemos salido a perseguir al heladero, yo iba corriendo detrás de él con los reales, mientras él seguía caminando con su carrito sonando la campanita, ni volteaba, solo decía “no les voy a vender nada”. Lo alcancé y le insistí, pero nada, el hombre movía la cabeza negativamente y se fue. Creo que lo perseguí por una cuadra. Ahora, él esperó que yo llegara con el dinero para después de tanto rato irse, eso fue venganza, jajaja. Los vecinos miraron esa escena, que pena, yo persiguiendo al heladero y él muy digno no me vendió nada. Después de eso, yo no paraba de reír, de hecho, todavía me da risa, jajaja. Mi hermano me dijo que mientras yo buscaba el dinero, el heladero miraba su reloj y decía “estoy perdiendo mucho tiempo”.

La otra anécdota fue en un viaje que hice a Trinidad y Tobago. El día que teníamos que regresar al país, horas antes fui con otras dos chicas que me acompañaron en el viaje a un centro comercial. Yo compré algo, el negocio era de un chino, así que me comuniqué con él gracias al poco inglés que sabía, incluso, se lo traducía a las chicas que no hablaban el idioma para nada. No obstante, no estuve conforme con el vuelto, así que me enfrasqué en una discusión sana por la diferencia. Sin embargo, llegó un momento en que se me agotaron las palabras, ya no le entendía nada a él y no sabía cómo expresarme, así que en mi desesperación, sin darme cuenta le pregunté en español “¿pero tú no tienes cambio?” y el chino me ha respondido “no, yo no tengo”, me hubiera gustado ver mi cara en ese momento. Ay no, el chino hablaba español y yo sufriendo con el inglés.

Bueno mis amigos, me encantó participar en esta iniciativa, agradecida con @miriannalis por traernos la risa de vuelta, yo me divertí un montón redactando este post.

Greetings dear friends of Holo&Lotus, I love this initiative proposed by my friend @miriannalis, [Good Humor and Well-being]( https://hive.blog/hive-131951/@miriannalis/good-humor-and-well-being-one). As soon as I read the publication, I could not resist to make my post and participate in this topic that brought me many memories and very funny anecdotes.

In my childhood, teenage and post-teenage days, I was more grumpy than anything else. My scowl and very serious face brought me a lot of trouble, people would ask me all the time if I was upset, and if they didn't ask, they thought about it. You know that body expression says more than a thousand words. In the pictures I could see my stiff face, I really looked very annoyed, hahaha, now as I write this, I am laughing alone in front of my laptop screen.

It was hard to relax my face, however, that doesn't mean I didn't laugh or enjoy jokes or comedy movies. Yes, I was easily annoyed, but over time, thankfully this changed. My life was a tragedy, I took everything to heart, then, in the residence where I lived for some years during my university career I met a girl who laughed at everything, she made a joke out of everything. It was impossible not to laugh with her, to the point that on one occasion I even peed myself with laughter. I liked the way she was and the way the world looked prettier in spite of everything.

In my youth, not everything was tragedy, because behind the bad times there was an anecdote to tell. After the storm I used to "echar el cuento" dead with laughter, after the bad time what else is left, to laugh. Fortunately, some time ago a change began in me, I was no longer "so grumpy", my face began to relax and I was inclined to watch comedy movies that made me laugh a lot, although I am also a friend of other genres, such as adventure, drama and horror.

How am I doing with the good mood in my life? At the moment I am doing well, my face has transformed, good humor and laughing come naturally to me, laughter and me are best friends. There are times when I make jokes, I make people laugh, but I am careful not to do it out of context to the point that it looks out of place, is annoying and even makes me look silly, everything has its place and time. I also enjoy those who have the gift of making us laugh, nothing better than laughter, I really do.

I don't find it at all annoying to express myself with good humor, in fact, I love it, sometimes my friends told me "you are a clown". I like to surround myself with people with good humor, who make me laugh and who are optimistic. I consider myself an optimistic person, I run away from toxic and complaining people, I feel they steal my energy and good vibes. I am more a friend of white humor than black humor, the latter I like that it is not so spicy that it falls into vulgarity, I don't enjoy it.

Being in good health has many benefits, I believe that in it, lies youth, mental, physical and spiritual health. Our immune system becomes stronger, less depressed and we are less susceptible to disease. People with pathologies such as cancer have managed to impress doctors, their health improvements are due to a better mood. What are you waiting for? Laugh, it's free, you'll have better health and you'll look more cheerful. If you ask me how often I laugh, I lose count, every day I laugh, for some reason, chatting with people, watching TV shows, listening to the jokes of others and even at myself. There is nothing better than laughing at oneself, I even make jokes about myself or things I do, in those moments I say to myself "me and my crazy things".

In these days I remembered that in a difficult moment of my life, I was very sad and I just had a work shift on the weekend. Both the driver and the workers were making jokes all the time, so many that they made me smile a lot. They did not know that I was sad, just that this good humor was part of the personality of some of them, telling and making jokes, the truth is that even if they did not know it, I was very grateful. I also remembered that if my mood had been different, I would have enjoyed the moment even more.

# My anecdotes full of laughter

As anecdotes, I have many, in particular I have two that I do not forget and that I will share with all of you, I still laugh as if it were yesterday just remembering them. A lot of years ago, I don't know, I was about 12 years old, my parents had gone out and that afternoon I was alone at home with my brother, who was 7 years old at the time. An ice cream man came by, we called him, while my brother stayed with him, I was looking for the money, I couldn't find it anywhere because I didn't know where my parents had kept it. It really took me a long time, maybe 10 minutes, I was looking for the money while shouting every now and then "here I come" so the ice cream man wouldn't leave. When I finally went down to give it to him, the ice cream man said to me very annoyed, "I'm leaving", and I said "but I have the money here" and he said, "you made me waste my time, I'm leaving".

We really wanted to eat ice cream, so we went out to chase the ice cream man, I was running after him with the real ones, while he kept walking with his cart ringing the little bell, he didn't even turn around, he just said "I'm not going to sell you anything". I caught up with him and insisted, but nothing, the man shook his head negatively and left. I think I chased him for a block. Now, he waited for me to arrive with the money and after so long he left, that was revenge, hahaha. The neighbors watched that scene, what a shame, me chasing the ice cream man and him very dignified, he didn't sell me anything. After that, I couldn't stop laughing, in fact, it still makes me laugh, hahaha. My brother told me that while I was looking for the money, the ice cream man looked at his watch and said "I'm wasting a lot of time".

The other anecdote was on a trip I took to Trinidad and Tobago. The day we had to return to the country, hours before I went with two other girls who accompanied me on the trip to a shopping mall. I bought something, the store was owned by a Chinese man, so I communicated with him thanks to the little English I knew, even translating to the girls who did not speak the language at all. However, I was not happy with the change, so I got into a healthy argument over the difference. However, there came a moment when I ran out of words, I didn't understand him and I didn't know how to express myself, so in my desperation, without realizing it, I asked him in Spanish "but you don't have change? Oh no, the Chinese guy was speaking Spanish and I was suffering with English.

Well my friends, I loved participating in this initiative, grateful to @miriannalis for bringing the laughter back, I had a lot of fun writing this post.
