Calling all UFC and MMA fans, welcome to Steemits very own "UFC Pick Your Winners Contest". A great way to have some fun, win some SBD, and build community engagement!
CONTEST DETAILS:
You will choose your predicted outcomes for each match up on the main card. I will list each matchup and you will copy and paste this list into your comment below.
Next to each matchup you need to indicate which fighter you choose as the winner, then choose which round the fight will end, and how the fight will end. It's that easy!
When choosing your round pick between: RD1, RD2, RD3, RD4, RD5
When choosing how the fight will end pick between: KO/TKO, SUB, DEC
Here is an example of how to make your picks for the upcoming UFC 214: Cormier vs Jones 2 Main Card.

Pick as many fights from the main card as you want, but keep in mind those with the most points will win. So it's to your advantage to make picks for the entire main card! Good Luck!
THE SCORING
Those who score the most points will win the prizes. Here's how your picks will be scored:
1 Point for correctly guessing a winning fighter [Name]
2 Points for correctly guessing in which round a fight finishes [Round]
3 Points for correctly guessing how a fight finishes [KO/TKO,SUB,DEC]
[No points awarded in any area for fights that end in a draw or no contest]
THE PRIZES
1st Place - 5 SDB
2nd Place - 2 SBD
3rd Place - 1 SBD
*In the event of ties for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, the prize will be divided evenly.
Points will be tallied and winners announced within 24-48 hrs after the event.
To start the prizes are small because well, I'm a minnow with a small SBD bank roll. However I do plan to use funds from these posts to increase the prize pool as we get closer to fight night. If these posts do well I will be able to announce a nice little bonus for the winners, I hope to be able to do this!
ENTRY DEADLINE
All picks must be in by Midnight the night before the event. At which point i'll take screen grabs to lock in the picks, best of luck!
