As some of you might have realized even if I really wished, I couldn't join to the steemit-austria meetup of today as I was stil busy preparing last things for tomorrow and the arrival of our first group of 12 students with the help of @gexi. In this article you'll find a bunch of things on what I am currently doing and some struggles while working on social projects as it is usual in that field while building a new institution with passionated people: the opportunities that bring real human challenges.

Globalschool relaunch

Fortunately for this new @globalschool cycles I found already some support thanks to @opt2o, @manncpt, @mammasitta, Philip from @ionart and @gexi from @mukit. As I said, last year finished with this big drama for me in which someone with a fake identity stole my equipement and some of my intellectual property while agressing my colleague and emtpying my room. So I lost a lot of time, money and motivation for a while and I needed to take a moment to get back to myself.

For the moment we organized with the motivated mentors a workspace in islands, meaning we will divide the students in small groups, each on their missions and we will work with the mentors depending on their tasks of the moment and the guidance they need to accomplish their goals.

Mentors

Additionally to the support organized last year thanks to @alexandravart and @ccommons.art as well as slowly with the @com-lab on discord, additionally to our pool of remote mentors, some of our mentors will be joining locally during these next cycles. For the moment we are already sure the following motivated mentors will be cooperating from next week on:

• guide and coach the students with steem and ono
• supervise editorials for the accounts @workshops, @onoschool, @onocenter and @onofoundation
• direct a graphic designer group to coopereate on the SPs platform and its community branding
• direct a media group to cooperate on the @blocktv platform offer and promotion

@manncpt is notably in charge to

• provide some quality performance trainings
• supervise the editorials for the accounts @com-lab, @silkroad40, @opt2o
• direct a graphic designer group to cooperate on the agency platform, offer and its branding
• direct a media group to cooperate on the future of travel and learning platform with @neomad

Philipp from @ionart is joining the team to support and

• provide some creative trainings
• supervise the editorials for the accounts @ccommons.art, @artcanhelp, @ionart, @inyoursteem, @covermaker and @steemshirts
• direct a graphic designer group to cooperate on the awarenesscampaign against FGM
• direct a media group to cooperate on the crowdfunding campaing starting at the Lotus Charity event

@gexi from @mukit and his incredible focus will support me with

• coordination and management as well as in
• supervision of all the groups and mentors
• support the direction of the crowdfunding campaign of globalschool and Lotus
• organisation of @blocktv interviews and reportages planning with our guests

@yinundmann will

• support the team and students with incentives
• connect us to network to take the next steps for the network nomadic agency

@jnmartau (me)

• provide IT and media trainings +supervision to the students
• support the crowdfunding campaign
• make some PR and support the mentors
• develop new partnership and apply to grants with motivated partners
• keep you updated with more consistent posts and reports

Program of Monday

10h Meeting at the Hug Inn to check the last info with the team;
11h Welcoming session with the students;

• presentation of the students;
• presentation of the team;
• presentation of the work environement;
• 13h Lunch;
• team building activities;
• organization of the groups;
• introduction to blockchain, notably to steem, eos and ono, presentation of the projects and missions;
• visit of the different islands and mentors;
• publication of a first introduceyourself by each student who will select their account among those globalschool acquired for the time of their trainning period.

Internet of Ideas

For those interested by the @ideamachine project at the origin of the @globalschool story and askedme more info, in betwen various things, I just get the time to re-up the http://internetofideas.eu so hopefully we will be able update it in the next weeks with our students. Please do not hesitate to give feedback, I know we have to put more info, it is a hard time to synchronize the community to get all the data. :P

Small report on my SP activity

During this time within the onoverse....

With the @onoschool we are doing our best to organize a meeting between Philipe from @silkroad and the Ono team after making the Cheng Du conference planned soon.

While taking the time to understand the priorities on how support the ono SPs, I decided to start coding the new SPs platform to present the initiative of the SPs with the support of notably Gloria, Katie and @mammasitta who are gathering the data and are doing their best to guide me while the other SPs are really encouraging and busy working hard (so I couldn't resist).

There is a lot of work to develop and maintain a healthy community. I am glad as the newone to be able to show the amazing work done by the active community of SPs with this platform.
