Want some FREE comics?!? Of course you do! That’s why this Saturday September 18th, you’ll be stopping by your local comic book shop to participate in Batman Day!!! That’s right! The Caped Crusader has his very own day and YOU get to benefit from that.
Participating retailers throughout the land will be passing out some pretty sweet and more importantly for you, FREE comic books to commemorate his honor. Most stores also run some sort of event or promotion to coincide with the day, so be sure to check out some shops to see if there are any fun and exciting events happening nearby.

As a shop owner myself, I will give a quick word of advice. Don’t be that guy/gal who runs in, asks for the freebie, and then bolt out to lunch. We purchase these to pass out for free. They are not given to us. So please, Look around the shop. Make a purchase even if it’s a couple of bucks. It supports a local business in your area and trust me…no matter how large or small the purchase is on these freebie days…the shop owner will love and remember you for it.
