Some tips for Sleeping and Waking up early 🛌

Nowadays the sleeping problem is one of the biggest problems of our life. We can not sleep at night, after applying so many tricks if we fall asleep, then again we can't wake up early in the morning for late night sleeping. Proper seeping is must for a healthy living. Below I have tried to give some tips:

  • Do not sleep immediately after eating. Some people lie down after eating or have dinner before sleeping. Which should never be done. Sleep after eating makes difficulty in getting up in the morning. We should eat at least 2 hours before sleeping.

  • Sleep earlier. If you want to get up early, go to bed early. If you are sleeping late you cannot be raised early. After waking up due to lack of sleep all day will be spent in laziness, can't pay attention to any work.

  • Keep away your Alarm clock from the bed. If you keep it close, you will stop the alarm in the sleep and will not be able to get up.

  • Plan today, what you will be going to do tomorrow. When you have a goal to achieve it will be easier for you to wake up.

  • If you exercise in the morning, it is also good for health and sleep.

  • Do not increase your sleeping time. Which I always do. When Mom called me out of my room, I went to sleep in her room again. In this way, if we extend our sleeping time no rules will be made. It will be more difficult to wake up.

  • Before going to bed keep curtains slightly open. Then the morning light will come in your eyes, which will help you to wake up.

  • Last but not the least, Science and doctors say, a rich breakfast should be taken in the morning, which should be in a good quantity. And less than at noon, less than this at night. But we do the opposite. Eat less in the morning, many people do not even take anything, and go out for work. At night, we eat too much. Which is bad for our health and sleep as well.
