I used blue ternate as ny subject in joining the contest sponsored by @kalemandra.
Blue ternate is also called clitoria ternatea, pigeon wings or butterfly pea. The flower of this were imagine to have the shaped of human female genetals, hence the latin name of the genus " clitoria" from clitoris( the most sensitive part of female organ.). This plant was traditionally used as a vegetable in cooking, to color deserts and to make a vibrant colored tea.
The benefits of butterfly pea are;
- Improves eye sight
- Promotes hair growth and reduce greying
- Good for skin
- Has aphrodisiac effect
- Has antioxidant
- Enhance cognitive function
- Has diuretics effects
- Has analgesic properties
- Has calming effect
