Okra is a vegetable that consist of long green parts containing seeds; one of the favorite vegetable loved by most everyone. Okra serves as a supplement for fiber and folic acid. It is very helpful to pregnant mother in order to prevent birth defects. It contains potassium, vitamin c and calcium. Low calories and high in dietary fiber content. It is also good for diabetic.
