Scenes like from Sin City ...
People who watch Netflix and know this channel well, certainly knows "Gotham". The Prehistory of the Dark Knight - Batman, his childhood and youth and how everything is connected.
At first I was not very enthusiastic and thought that it was only the last chance to profit from an old comic, but on a rainy day, I started watching this series from the beginning.
The way this series was filmed strongly reminds of Sin City, also the 99.9% crime rate!
Even the good ones have dirt on their hands and some evil do good deeds.
It is interesting to see how, who, why is related, which prehistory Penguin, Riddler, Cat, Ivy, Bruce, Joker, etc have.
Something irritating is the constant dying and miraculously resurrecting.
I think since Season 3 or 4, 50% of the characters have been dead at least once.
But the legacy of Bruce, the parent's business, makes inhuman experiments, similar to the Marvel Comics.
As a series and addition of the Batman legend, the series is very entertaining, very brutal, sometimes a bit bloody, but entertaining.

Szenen wie aus Sin City...
Wer Netflix hat und öfter mal durchstöbert, kennt sicherlich “Gotham”. Die Vorgeschichte vom dunklen Ritter - Batman”, seine Kindheit und Jugend und wie alles zusammenhängt.
Zuerst war ich wenig begeistert und der Meinung es sei nur die letzte Möglichkeit aus einem alten Comic noch Profit zu schöpfen, doch an einem regnerischen Tag, fing ich an mir diese Serie von Anfang an anzusehen.
Die Art und Weise wie diese Serie gedreht wurde erinnert stark an Sin City, ebenfalls die 99,9% Verbrecherrate!
Selbst die guten haben Dreck am stecken und manch Böser vollzieht gute Taten.
Es ist interessant zu sehen wie, wer, weshalb in Verbindung steht, welche Vorgeschichte Pinguin, Riddler, Cat, Ivy, Bruce, Joker, etc haben.
Etwas irritierend ist das ständige sterben und auf wunderliche Weise wiederaufzuerstehen.
Ich glaube ab Staffel 3 oder 4 waren 50% der Charaktere schon mindestens einmal tot.
Doch das Erbe von Bruce, das Business der Eltern, macht unmenschliche Experimente, ähnlich wie bei den Marvel Comics.
Als Serie und Zusatz der Batman Legende ist die Serie sehr unterhaltsam, sehr brutal, teils etwas blutig, doch unterhaltsam.
Zu empfehlen.
