Scene: Pumpkin Festival at a farm in Alberta (Canada) called, Prairie Gardens

What: Pumpkins, pumpkins, and more pumpkins...and gourds.
When: October 2015

Why: I snapped this shot when I went to the farm with my daughter's class. It was freezing that day, the kind of cold that makes your hands itchy, red, and dry. The wind blew right through our bones but the kids didn't care: there were treats to be had and a haunted house to explore. The petting zoo was full of curious goats. I hated the cold but I loved spending the day with my girl.
