Barry’s main campus is 122 beautifully landscaped acres, with academic, research, administrative and residential buildings.
Bet you didn’t know this! NBA Hall-of-Famer Shaquille O’Neal is now Dr. O’Neal thanks to his time at Barry. He earned his doctorate in education with a focus on organizational learning and leadership. Talk about being the big man on campus!

Barry accepts applications year-round, including the common app. To be considered for admission, they’ll need your completed application, official transcripts, and your s-a-t or a-c-t scores – that’s all!
Both in-state and out-of-state students will pay about $30,000 for one year of tuition. But don’t worry -more than 90% of full-time undergrads receive scholarships or some form of financial aid.

One of Barry’s newest and most unique majors is Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology. It’s one of only a few programs of its kind in the u-s and the only one in Florida. With this degree, you’ll help people reach peak performance on the field and in everyday life.
Guiding you on your path is barry’s team of professors. Over 80% of them have a PhD or the highest degrees in their field. Barry has a student-faculty ratio of 14 to 1, providing you with small classes and personal attention from professors.
Barry is a member of the division two sunshine state conference and has 12 varsity teams which have won over 15 NCAA championships. Student-athletes experience one of the most competitive programs in the NCAA.
